JAMMU, Dec 19: District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Jammu Sukhdev Raj Sharma, ZPEO Akhnoor Tarsem Singh along with Staff of DYS&S department flag off 4th Day of 5 Day Residential Trekking Camp (Boys and Girls) at GHS, Samah on Sunday. The camp started with Yoga, Morning Assembly with Mass PT, afterward trekkers starts from base camp towards famous temple Shiven di Kheri 5 Km from base camp. On the way, trekkers learn about Nature's beauty & its preservation, various medicines plants, local inhabitants, and also the livelihood of local people. The officials with the trekkers were Ashok Kumar, Ravan Kumar Gupta, Ramesh Chander, Pritam Lal, Rajesh Kumar, Jagdish Raj Sharma, Vikram Jamwal, Rinku Kumar, Rahul Dev Singh, Vivek Kumar, Suram Singh, Rita Rani, and Sushma Devi. |
