JAMMU, Dec 27: Dogri song "SOUN MAHINA" was released in a grand function organized by Dogri Bhasha Academy at K R Resorts Akhnoor. The programme was presided over by former minister and senior Vice President Sham Lal Sharma, Padamshree N D Jamwal and Padamshree Jitendra Udhampuri were chief guests.
