| JKTF holds meeting, raises various demands | | |  Early Times Report
SAMBA, Dec 30: A meeting of JKTF was organized by the District President Samba Rajeshwar Sambyal, under the Chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman JKTF at Purmandal (Samba) which was attended by a large number of teachers from Zone Purmandal. In the meeting, a threadbare discussion was held on the various burning issues being faced by the teaching community. The Chairman assured all the members that all the issues and problems of the teaching community shall be got resolved at the earliest.
He appealed to all the teachers to work with full of the capacity and capabilities to raise the academic standards in the Govt run schools in order to achieve the academic excellence in order to make the students of these schools to face the challenges of their future life.
In the meeting, the JKTF forcefully advocated for the early resolution of the long pending issues including removal of pay anomaly in favour of Masters & Teachers granting them the Central Government Pay Scales, framing the Transfer Policy in favour of Teacher Gr-II & Teacher Gr-III as soon as possible and to ease the process of grant of Permission in favour of the Teaching Cadres to enhance their Academic Qualification.
Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman JKTF, also constituted the Zonal Body for Purmandal Zone comprising Rakesh Verma- President, Niaz Ali- Vice-President, Manjit Singh Slathia- Vice-president and Mir Ali- General Secretary. |
