UDHAMPUR, Dec 30: To aware local people, PRIs and Anganwari workers about the requirement of proper nutrition for better child health, Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) organized awareness programme on "Poshan Abhiyan", Pradhan Mantri Matru Bandana Yojana, Beti Bachao Beti Padao, SAG ( for adolescent girls ) and on various ICDS schemes. The awareness programme also known as "Poshan Abhiyan" was organized by ICDS project Pancheri under the chairmanship of District Programme Officer ICDS Projects Udhampur and overall supervision of Dr. Ritu Sharma, Child Development Project Officer ICDS Project Pancheri, along with staff members. To aware beneficiaries/public of the areas so many skits/ activities are performed by AWWs and lectures delivered by Supervisors of ICDS, Doctor Sahil and Headmaster of HS Jangal Gali and after that refreshment kits distributed to beneficiaries/public. |
