| GDC Thannamandi organizes lecture on "Health and Hygiene" | | |

RAJOURI, Jan 10: NSS Unit of GDC Thannamandi organized an online extension lecture on "Health and Hygiene" under Swastha Balak-Balika Spardha. The programme was conducted under the patronage of Principal of the college Prof. (Dr.) Javaid Ahmed Qazi.
The invited speaker on this occasion was Prof. Raheela Mushtaq HoD Zoology. Prof. Muhammad Shoket NSS Programme Officer welcomed the participants. While speaking on the occasion Prof. Raheela thoroughly explained regarding good health and hygiene through Power Point presentation. She talked about various determinants of health and the role of education and literacy for maintaining good health and hygiene.
She also enlightened the participants regarding Home hygiene, respiratory hygiene and Medical hygiene which is of immense importance in this wave of COVID-19. Almost all the faculty members and a good number of students have attended the online extension lecture.
