| K C Public School organizes annual function 2021 in virtual format | | |

JAMMU, Jan 11: For the second year in succession, K C Public School organized annual function 2021 in virtual format and streamed it on YouTube for the benefit of parents and invited guests. The premiere event was watched online by a large number of viewers.
The function began with a brief tour of the school and KC Sports Club. It was followed by lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Chairman Raju Chowdhary, Managing Director Arti Chowdhary, Principal Amarendra Kumar Mishra and Headmistress Sofia Rana. The Principal presented the annual school report with special emphasis on academic achievements and complimented the school teaching staff for their commitment and devotion to online teaching necessitated by Covid-19 pandemic ravaging the world for another year.
The first part of the cultural programme consisted of an inspirational song presented by the children of junior school and a well-choreographed dance sequence highlighting the essence of Mother Mature and her elements like, water, soil, sky and flowers. A report on round square activities presented by RS Prefects highlighted participation of KCPS students and staff in numerous online conferences, seminars, meetings and collaborative projects hosted by round square schools from all over the world in another pandemic ridden year.
In his address to the audience the chairman focused on the significance of drastic steps humanity has been taking to cope with a global calamity and put in a word of appreciation for the entire school team of teachers, administrative staff, support staff, parents and students for their ability to face the challenges with grit and determination. |
