| Govt duped, ditched us: Job aspirants | | |

Jammu, Feb 9: The government’s decision to withdraw the posts that were announced prior to 2019 has brought the unemployed youth on roads.
On Wednesday scores of job aspirants staged a protest here demanding that the order to withdraw the posts should be revoked. “The recent decision of the government has come as a rude shock to us. We have been struggling to get selected for the past so many years and at the end we have been told that all the posts have been withdrawn,” they said. “It’s unfortunate that youth are being punished for the incompetence of the recruitment agencies of the government. Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board and Public Service Commission were unable to complete the process after collecting huge revenue from the candidates as application fees. Besides being ditched we have been duped by the government.” |
