| Casual labourers of I&FC deptt extend support to Jal Shakti employees protest seeking regularization of daily wagers | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 11: Casual labourers of Irrigation & Flood Control (I&FC) department today carried out a protest and extended support to the agitation of the Jal Shakti department who are holding a protest while demanding regularization of thousands of daily wagers and casual workers of the different departments.
The casual labourers of I&FC department while sitting on a dharna said that it is their moral obligation to support the agitation of Jal Shakti department since they are holding protest while demanding regularization of thousands of daily wagers and casual workers. The protesters said that successive governments of Jammu & Kashmir have not regularized services of more than 60,000 daily wagers and casual workers. |
