Monga wants GN Azad to take reigns of Cong in J&K | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Mar 12: Former Vice-President JKPCC and ex-legislator G N Monga has said that despite the hard work of party workers, the dismal performance in the recent elections indicates that the leadership should sit with leaders and introspect. In a statement Monga said, "As we anticipate assembly elections in Jammu & Kashmir in this respect I as a member of JKPCC find it important that we should prepare ourselves and for that there should be a change of leadership. Most importantly, leaders with clean image should lead the party." Monga said that in view of this he expects Ghulam Nabi Azad to lead the party in coming elections whose image is unassailable and his immense contributions as CM can vouch for the success of the party in elections. |
