| Female health workers demand pending salary | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 5: The female multi-purpose health workers of Jammu & Kashmir today raised a strong protest against the administration alleging that they have to protest on regular basis so that their salary is released.
The health workers said that they are without the salary for the past five months or so.
The female multi-purpose health workers said that despite being the permanent employees of the union territory they have to come on roads for their salary.
They said that the education of the children of the female multi-purpose gets affected since they are not able to pay their fees regularly.
The female multi-purpose health workers said that they put in best efforts during the COVID pandemic but still then their salaries are pending for the past five months.
They said that female multi-purpose health workers do multiple jobs but the admin does not provide them the salary on regular basis. |
