JAMMU, Apr 10: A massive peaceful bike rally was organized by Baba Saheb Ambedkar Jayanti Celebration Committee here today. The rally started from Satwari Chowk and culminated at Dr B R Ambedkar Chowk via Vikram Chowk, Old Tawi bridge, Dogra Chowk, Jewel Chowk (Guru Ravi Dass Chowk), Lower Gumat, Vivekanand Chowk, Prem Nagar, Gujjar Nagar bridge, University road, Gardari Lal Chowk to Ambedkar Chowk.
A large number of bikers participated in the rally and peacefully raised slogans. The entire landscape turned blue. The participants were wearing blue turbans and holding blue flags with inscriptions of Jai Bhim. The rally was entirely non-political in nature and was first of its kind in Jammu city. The rally was welcomed by various people along the way.
