| Reasi police arrests two bovine smugglers; rescues 16 bovines | | |

REASI, Apr 23: In its drive against bovine smuggling in Reasi a team of District Police Reasi laid special nakas and arrested two bovine smugglers while rescuing 16 bovines from their possession.
A team of Police Post Dhansal laid a surprise naka at Dhansal area and intercepted two bovine smugglers namely Manzoor Ahmed R/o Dhansal Tehsil Arnas, Reasi and Mahmood Ahmed R/O Chillad Tehsil Arnas, Reasi and rescued sixteen bovines from their possession. In this regards a case FIR No 56/2022 U/S 188 IPC and 11 (1) (a) PCA Act stands registered at Police Station Arnas and both the accused got arrested on the spot. |
