'Want to tell PM Modi despite Centre providing liberal funding, ground situation is grim'

JAMMU, Apr 23: Hundreds of Panchs and Sarpanchs from different parts of Kashmir arrived in Jammu today to attend the rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Samba on Sunday.
Talking to Early Times a group of Panchayat representatives from Bandipora said, "We want to meet PM Modi. We want to tell him that despite the Centre providing liberal funding nothing much is happening on the ground."
