Vinay chairs monthly meeting of Jammu District BJP | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 6: Bharatiya Janata Party, District Jammu, President, Vinay Kumar Gupta, on Friday chaired a monthly meeting at Kachi Chawni office, in presence of Ex District President and JMC Councillor Baldev Singh Billawaria, District General Secretaries Kuldeep Kandhari, Ankush Gupta and Naresh Sharma and JMC Councillors. The meeting was attended by District office-bearers, Mandal Presidents and General Secretaries, Morcha District Presidents and General Secretaries, District Cell and Department Convenors. Vinay Gupta chalked out strategy for the upcoming party programmes and discussed organisational activities along with senior functionaries and Rohiin Chandan Social Media Secretary BJP District Jammu appointed with an additional assignment as Incharge Jammu District BJP "Micro donation" campaign. In his address, Vinay informed the district unit that there will be three days training camp (Prashishan shivir) of the Jammu district, which will commence on the 13 and conclude on the 15 of May. Moreover, Shakti Kendra Parmukh Sammelan will also be held and he also took up various programmes and activities, wherein threadbare discussions were held to chalk out future plans of action. Vinay appreciated that the BJP cadres are working in very hard circumstances and the party has reached the entire length and breadth of the Jammu district through its karyakartas. "It is undoubtedly our great achievement that BJP has been successful in making the inhabitants of J&K understand the pro-people, pro-state and pro-nation policies and programmes of the party," he added. He asked the party cadre to highlight the public grievances with the concerned authorities. BJP is committed to the overall development and during the past eight years of BJP government at the centre, it has reached every home in the country, he said;. Vinay exhorted the Bharatiya Janata Party workers to become a "bridge of faith" between the party and the people and stressed that they must forge ties with the people based on the party's guiding principle of service, resolve and sacrifice. Gupta stated that in this regard a review meeting with the party's main leaders was held in which all the issues were discussed. In the meantime, Vinay asked the JMC Councilors to constitute a weekly sitting roster as per the interests of all the sections of society and provide every kind of guidance and support to the general public so that the grievances of the populace could be redressed. He also asked JMC Councillors to promote the union government's welfare schemes among the public. |
