2 pilgrims killed, 6 injured in Padder accident | | | Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report
Jammu, May 31: In a tragic accident in Padder area of Kishtwar District, two pilgrims were killed while 6 others injured after the vehicle in which they were traveling met with an accident near Sohal village. As per the details available with Early Times, the Ill fated vehicle bearing No JK02BJ-4112 was on its way to Mindal Matta temple when while reaching near Sohal village in Padder, it met with an accident resulted in death of two persons including one on spot. As soon as the accident happened, the locals along with police immediately rush to the spot and shifted the injured to near by hospital from where they were taken to District hospital Kishtwar. Among the dead, one person was identified as Mangat Ram (55 yrs) S/o Anant Ram R/o Lower Muthi,Jammu. The injured were identified as Rakesh Kumar (38 yrs) S/o Girdhari Lal R/o Rajpura Jammu, Vipul Khajuria (23 yrs) S/o Sashi Bhushan R/o Subash Nagar,Jammu, Suraj Parkash (54 yrs) S/o Kola Ram R/o Dhab Sudan,Jammu, Krishan lal (64 yrs)S/o Girdhari Lal R/o Peermitha,Jammu, Mewa Ram (45 yrs) S/o Jagu RamR/o Mishriwala,Jammu & Vijay Sharma (28 yrs) S/o Suraj Parkash R/o Dhab Sudan, Kanachack. Among the six injured, 4 critically injured persons were shifted to GMC Jammu for advance treatment. |
