| Toilet/Tooting inaugurated by Councillor ward 73 | | |

JAMMU, June 3: Toilet/Tooting was inaugurated by Prof. Youdhvir Singh, Councillor Ward 73 Gadigarh at Chak Sardar Atter Singh in Phallain Mandal. Tootian/Tenth Day Ghat at the said locality was demanded since long time by the inhabitants as there was no such public place for women folk to adhere to social occasion in case of the death of kith and kin.
The construction of work cost three lacs to the Jammu Municipal Corporation. At this time large number of people native to the area were assembled and they put forth demanding refurbishment of newly created toilet block with vetrified tiles and sitting benches and the Councillor Prof. Singh accepted there genuine demand and directed the engineering wing of JMC, Div-5 to prepare estimates so that same is projected in plan and the demand is fulfilled. |
