Early Times Report JAMMU, June 6: Samvedna Society Jammu, in collaboration with Medanta Hospital Gurgaon, organized a free health check-up camp at Mata Bawe Wali Temple (Bahu Fort). The camp was inaugurated by SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli IPS, along with other dignitaries including SP South Shaheen Wahid (JKPS) and SDPO East Sayeed Zaheer Abbas. The camp provided various medical services free of cost, including examinations by a physician and a physiotherapist, as well as tests such as PFT (Pulmonary Function Test), ECG, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Over 140 patients were examined by the physician, and approximately 85 patients were treated by the physiotherapist. SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli praised the efforts of Samvedna Society and emphasized the importance of routine health check-ups. Keshav Chopra, Chairman of Samvedna Society, reiterated their commitment to providing quality healthcare to the common people and expressed their dedication to organizing more such camps in the future. The camp was attended by medical professionals including Dr. Arvind Sharma (Physician) and Dr. Gaurav Vaid (Physiotherapist), as well as other individuals from Samvedna Society and Medanta Hospital. |
