Reasi, Jan 24: District Police Reasi has swiftly responded to objectionable posts on social media platforms by registering two FIRs and arresting three individuals. Acting on the directives of SSP Reasi, Amit Gupta-JKPS, FIR No. 19/2024 under section 295-A IPC has been lodged at Police Station Reasi, and FIR No. 04/2024 under the same section has been registered at Police Station Arnas.
SSP Reasi, Amit Gupta-JKPS, advises the public to refrain from posting objectionable content on social media that has the potential to disturb peace and harmony in the region. Monitoring of all social media platforms is in effect, and strict action will be taken against those posting provocative or hate-filled material.
