Jammu, Jan 24: In a shocking incident, two laborers from Ramban, Tariq Ahmed and Ishtiyaq Ahmed, working in Jammu, were brutally assaulted by two individuals over a wages dispute. The victims, who had pending wages for one and a half months, were allegedly attacked with an iron rod near Nikki Tawi in Jammu. The dispute escalated when Tariq Ahmed was asked to come to Jammu to collect his pending payment. Upon his arrival with his mother, he was reportedly threatened by the employer, stating that they would not pay him if he brought his mother along.
