HC directives in youth's killing in police firing 8/11/2016 10:34:05 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 11: In the killing of a Sikh youth in police firing at Satwari here some time back, high court judge Tashi Rabstan today directed SIT to record the statements of witnesses at the earliest. The court directive came in a petition, seeking a CBI probe and an ex-gratia relief of Rs 25 lakh to the family of Jasjit Singh, who was killed in the police firing.
