Jammu, Nov 20: Jammu and Kashmir Forest Ministerial Staff Association (JKFMSA) has appealed government to concede their long pending demands. According to press release, a meeting of J&K Forest Ministerial Staff Association, Jammu Province was held under the Presidentship of S. Sukhbir Singh President of the Association to discuss day to day problems being faced by the clerical cadre of the Forest department. Their demands included upgradation of the J&K forest Ministerial Staff Association, maintain seniority list of clerical cadre, conducting of DPC of Clerical Cadre and pending clearance of DPC's, removal of Pay Anomalies of 5th Pay Commission of Clerical cadre. Sukhbir Singh said that Clerical Cadre of the J&K Forest Department are under mental and physical stress due to not finalizing of seniority list and non- promoting of clerical cadre. Most of the Junior Assistants are working on the same designation for the last so many year and are at the verge of retirement. The DPC's are also conducted for the last so many years. He added that the clerical employees are remain at the disposal of officers not only with in office hours but also after the office hours but has not been given due attention. The participants strongly stressed upon the concerned authorities to defuse the on going frustration developing among the clerical cadre employees in terms of socially, economically, physically and mentally and to remove the discrimination in respect of clerical cadre. The participants said that the post of field staff and at the rank of officers are created but the existing strength of the Ministerial staff has not been reviewed since more than 5 decades nor any restricting policy has been adopted by the department. Madam Anita Sharma, Surinder Kour, Avinash Anand, Rajan Singh, Satish Ganjoo, Raman Ganjoo, Manmohan Singh,Vijay Kumar, Ravinder Kumar, Chander Parkash, Sudesh Jan, Nek Mohd, Shivdev Singh Pathania, Suneeta Dhar,Reetu Jamwal , Dharam Chand, Dimple Sharma Jyoti Sharma, Sureshta Sharma, Amit Pal Singh were also present. |
