Doda, Nov 20: A campaign was organised by district Rural Youth Welfare Association DRYWA in Panchayat Jatheli, to create awareness about pollution caused by forest's fire. The campaign was organized under the presidentship of President (DRYWA) Farid Ahmed Naik, Gen. Secretary Atish Kumar, Organiser Sakhi Mohd., and members of like Feroz Ahmed, Firdous Ahmed Naik, Mohd. Ayoub ,Irfan Ahmed Butt, Zakir Hussain, Imran Khan, Manzoor Ahmed Naik, Shabir Ahmed Naik. Farid Ahmed Naik said that fire in forests added to pollution and hence increases global warming. He also told that there is a general perception between people that fire in forests cause rain, which is wrong. |
