Two hardcore criminals nabbed 11/22/2016 10:40:32 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 22: Continuing its drive against the criminals and anti social elements, the Police today claimed to have arrested two hardcore criminals who were evading their arrest. Meanwhile, Nowbad police claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since 2015. Police spokesman said that two criminals namely Lal Hussain alias Lallu son of Imam Din alias Mian and Bagh Hussain alias Baggu son of Babu Din both residents of Laswara have been arrested in a case under FIR No. 135/2016 under sections 341, 323, 382 of RPC registered at Miran Sahib. Spokesman further said that both were evading their arrest after committing the offence. "By the arrest of these two hardcore criminals Miran Sahib Police has solved the burglary case registered at Police station. The above mentioned criminals are also wanted in cases registered under FIR 85/2015 u/s 341, 323, 382/34 of RPC registered at Vijaypur police station, a case under FIR No. 67/2016 u/s 341, 323, 392 of RPC registered at Vijaypur, a case under FIR No. 56/2016 u/s 341, 323 and 382 of RPC registered at Bari Brahmana police station, a case under FIR No. 51/2016 u/s 394, 323/34 of RPC registered at Ghagwal police station and a case under FIR No. 57/2016 u/s 223, 224 of RPC registered at Ghagwal police station. The arrest was made by SHO Miran Sahib under the supervision of Surinder Kumar, SDPO RS Pura and overall supervision of Dr Sunil Gupta, SSP Jammu. The locals of the area have appreciated the action by the Police in the arrest of these hardcore criminals as they were evading arrest for last more than six months in above mentioned cases. Their involvement in other cases is also looked into. Meanwhile, Nowbad police claimed to have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since 2015. Police identified the absconder as Jagdeep Singh son of Kulbir Singh of Simbal Camp Jammu. Police said that he was arrested by team led by SI Rahul Mahajan, in-charge police post Talab Tillo under the supervision of SHO Nawabad Inspector, Raghubir Singh and SDPO City West DySP Nikhil Rasgotra. The absconder was wanted in a case under FIR no 58/09 under section 364/34 of RPC since 2015 and warrant u/s 512 CrPC was issued against the absconder by Additional Session Court Jammu.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
