PCMP condoles demise of Medical Superintendent's mother 11/27/2016 11:11:14 PM Early Times Report MENDHAR, Nov 27: Press Council of Mendhar Poonch has condoled the demise of Poonch Medical Superintendent Dr. Mumtaz Bhatti's mother. A meeting was organized in which all the members prayed for peace to the eternal soul. Nadeem Rafiq Hussain Khan, Shahista Parween, Sabah Naz, Madam Frah Jabeen, Er.Mushtaq Jat, Er.
