Jammu, Nov 27: New Young Blood (NYB) in collaboration with Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) Jammu is going to organize blood donation camp on December 11, 2016 here at SMGS hospital.
Addressing media persons, NYB chairman, Ashok Verma appealed all local citizens to donate blood for the noble cause, so that thalasemia patients and needy patients can be saved at the time of emergency hours.
For donation intimation can be given to the office of NYB office Bahu Fort, Shiekh Nagar, Jammu having contact no 9858148049. The camp will be started from 11am to 1pm.
Meanwhile, CMO Dr Rajinder Thappa said, "it is a great and noble contribution to society and donor can get rid of many diseases by donating blood from age of 18yrs to the age of 65". Prominent other who present during press conference include Paplesh Sharma,Naveen Gupta ,Kuldeep Singh and Ramesh Kumar. |
