`Azad violated MCC during Rajouri visit' PDP file complaint 3/15/2014 11:38:37 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 15: Peopl’e Democratic Party (PDP) officials today registered a complaint of violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) by the Union Health Minister Ghulm Nabi Azad during his tour to Rajouri on Friday. In the complaint registered at Complaint Monitoring Cell, senior leaders of PDP district unit have alleged that after public rally and in the late hours on Friday Union Health Minister had met with several deputations at Government PWD Dak Bunglow , which was a clear violation of Model Code of Conduct. In their complaint Advocates Tazim Dar and Manzoor Hussain , both senior PDP leaders, alleged that the Minister has violated the MCC and have demanded action in this matter. Nodal officer, Complaint Munitioning cell, Ajit Singh has forwarded the complaint to Farooq Ahmed Shah Nodal Officer, Model Code of Conduct (MCC) for verification and necessary action if the complaint was found true.
