Army organizes veterans rally 2/5/2015 11:13:43 PM Jammu, Feb 5: To commemorate the Naoshera Day, Veterans rally was organized by the Indian Army which was attended by veterans from the entire Naoshera sector and their response was overwhelming. According to press release, rally was addressed by Major General Saranjeet Singh, General Officer Commanding, Ace of Spades Division. He acknowledged and appreciated the sacrifices and dedication of the Veterans during their service.He said that aim of the rally was to look at and resolve issues, if any, being faced after retirement by the Veterans, Veer Naris and their dependents as also offer opportunities for re-employment in various civil/ government agencies. The General Officer also lauded the efforts put in by various military and civil agencies in creating awareness in the form of information booths to serve the Veterans.
