KCGPSP organizes farewell for class XII | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 21: KC Gurukul Public School Paloura (KCGPSP) on Saturday organized farewell for Class XII in the school premises. The function began with the traditional welcome song. According to press release, it was followed by Sholka Chanting and SaraswatiVandhana to invoke divine blessings for a bright future. A colourful and entertaining cultural programme followed which enthralled the seniors. The inevitable dance performance was cheered loudly and greeted with a thunderous applause. Head boy said that it is difficult to say farewell to a school that has given us education but a home that has given us a family. Student will always be a part of this school and a part of this institution will be with us forever. A number of 12th Class students also spoke on the occasion and become nostalgic when they talked about the happy and carefree days that they had spent in the school. On the occasion, chairman of the school Arvind Mahajan blessed the students and spoke to them about the need to be focused and true to oneself. Speaking on this occasion Academic Director Vijay Puri told the students that there is no gain without pain and all the duties should be carried out peacefully, honestly and sincerely. She advised the students to do good deeds, the result of which would come back to them. Students were presented mementoes and cards and were conferred titles by the organizers. The title of KC Gurukul was given to Raghav Gupta and KC Gurukul was given to Diksha. Later in the day the students were treated to games, dance and sumptuous eats. |
