Unknown tries to abduct girl from KV-1 2/22/2015 12:00:17 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 21: In a bizarre incident, unknown miscreant made a futile bid to abduct a girl student of Kendriya Vidyala -1, Gandhi Nagar and matter came to fore when Principal of school lodged a complaint in this regard with the concerned police. Police sources said, "Following the compliant from Principal Kendriya Vidhyalaya, Gandhi Nagar with Police Station Gandhinagar therein alleging an attempt of abduction of a student of the school by an unknown person, the police have taken cognizance in this regard. Sources said that yesterday principal of the school was informed by a student (name withheld) that an unknown man trespassed the school premises and tried to abduct a school girl. "After the compliant from student Principal scrutinized the CCTV footage where a man was found in the school, sources said. Police sources said, "A case under FIR no. 44/15 under section 363 and 511 of RPC has been registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar." However, no arrest yet has made when last reports came in, sources said.
