BFDC holds meeting to review preparedness for Navratras 3/15/2015 11:24:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar15:Bahu Fort Development Committee (BFDC) held meeting to review preparedness regarding upcoming Navratras. According to press release, meeting was held under leadership Kr. Rajeev Charak and Chairman Baldevraj Nagotra at Bawe Wali Mata, Bahu Fort Jammu.The meeting was chaired by SS Slathia DSP Security, Jasbir Singh SHO Bagh-e-Bahu, Subash Sharma Sanitary Officer JMC, Subash Verma Div. Fire Officer HQ. Gandhi Nagar, Ashok sharma XEN PHE, Rajinder Singh J.E PHE, Gupta Ji JE PDD & Sohan Lal Incharge PP. On the occasion, Kr. Rajeev charak welcome the new volunteers in the organization and stress upon the working plans and system with the volunteers during Navratras. He express them in detail the rights and duties of the volunteers. He also provided guidelines to the volunteers to remain vigilant against unscrupulous/anti national elements to fail their nefarious designs while providing varied level of assistance to the devotees during the navratras. He appealed the people also in general to cooperate with the volunteers.Charak also requested all other officials of concerned departments to complete their bit of work as early as possible before Navratras, so that the devotees may not face any difficulty in seeking blessing of Mata Maha Kali. He also appealed Traffic Police for proper management of the heavy traffic and Jams. Charak also appeal to New Government for the constitution of Shrine Board at the earliest as the shrine is lacked with all the facilites there was no shed or sarai for shelter during these rainy days and even the meeting was also conducted in heavy rainfall.
