Dr Pawan Kotwal assumes charge as Div Com Jammu 3/17/2015 10:51:42 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 17: Dr. Pawan Kotwal assumed the charge of Divisional Commissioner Jammu from Shantmanu who was transferred as Commissioner Secretary Health. Shantmanu while welcoming Dr. Pawan Kotwal apprised him about the functioning of the Divisional Commissioner Office and other major issues. Immediately after assuming charge, Kotwal took an introductory meeting with the officers and officials of his office and asked them to put their sincere efforts in providing quality services to general masses. He urged upon the officers/officials to keep their activities at maximum and work with utmost zeal and dedication to bring transparency and accountability in their functioning.
