Avalanche warning issued 4/21/2015 12:32:56 AM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Apr 20: As per communication of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, medium danger of avalanche warning exists for next 24 hours fromApril 20 to April 21, 2015 in avalanche prone areas of Kargil district. The Deputy Commissioner Kargil district is asked to advise people not to venture out in avalanche prone areas.
