Jammu, May 19:Under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development initiatives, Dulhasti Power Station (DPS), Kishtwar, constructed two rooms and boundary wall at Government High School, Dumna (Dool) in Kishtwar with expenditure of Rs. 29.5 lacs. The same was handed over on April 18, 2015 by Arvind Bhat, General Manager, Dulhasti Power Station, Kishtwar to the Head Master, Govt. High School, Dumna (Dool) in the presence of Shadi Lal Bhagat, Nayab Sarpanch, Dool (A), staff of the School and Officials of the Power Station. Arvind Bhat inaugurated the building by cutting ribbon. He emphasized on enhancement of performance of the students by reducing absenteeism and drop out and encouraged the teachers for providing necessary support and direction to the students in becoming a disciplined citizen of the nation. Harish Bulchandani, CE (Civil), R.K. Verma, SM (HR), S.K. Parihar, SM (Law) and other employees of the Power Station were present during the occasion. |
