Kailash Chander withdraws candidature from elections 5/19/2015 11:36:32 PM Early Times Report Doda, May 19: Kailash Chander Senior Lecturer DIET Doda today withdrew his candidatures for the post of president in Plus 2 Lecturers Forum, alleging several loopholes in election process. Addressing a press conference, he said that election process of the so-called +2 Lecturer forum was full of drawbacks and contradictions. He said that it is totally irrelevant and insignificant with respect to the PSC cadre. As it has no definite and clear electoral college ; no updated list and electoral roll and even having no impartial and independent authority for free and fair conduct of the elections. He raised many relevant questions regarding the election procedure of the forum regarding the election procedure of the forum and about voting rights and behavior. He said that how can be the superiors like Principals C.E's.
