Abducted minor girl recovered, accused held 5/19/2015 11:51:34 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, May 19: Police today claimed to have recovered the kidnapped minor girl from Rajouri with the arrest of the kidnapper within hours. Further investigations are on in the case. "The accused have been identified namely as Yasir Ali of Rajdhani- Manjakote, police sources said here today. Sources said that one Maqbool Hussain of Tarekassi presently at Bela Colony Rajouri lodged a written complaint with Police at Police Station Rajouri alleging therein that his minor daughter has been abducted by one Yasir Ali of Rajdhani Manjakote. Acting swiftly on the complaint a case under FIR No.252/2015 u/s 363, 376 and 342 of RPC was registered at Police Station Rajouri and investigations were taken up. SSP Rajouri Dr Mohd Haseeb Mughal also issued necessary directions to the investigating officer for conducting the investigation in the case in professional manner and recovery of kidnapper at the earliest. "Acting on the information, SHO Police Station Rajouri, Inspector Yaspaul alongwith Police Team raided the house of alleged accused and rescued the victim girl from the clutches of the accused and arrested the accused namely Yasir Ali of Rajdhani, police said.
