Kishtwar May 19: Doda police under the leadership of Bushan Kumar Ganjoo, SDPO Gandoh today organized a Quiz Competition at Government Higher Secondary School Kilhotran, Tehsil Gandoh under CAP for the year, 2014-15 under the guidance of DIG DKR Range Batote and SSP Doda Z.N Manhas.
In Quiz Competition, 15 students from HSS Kilhotran, Gwari, Inharara, HS Bharthi and Chanti respectively have participated in the said program. Ist Prize was given to HSS Kilhotran, whereas 2nd prize was given to HSS Inharara. The quiz competition was witnessed by about 600-700 students, staff of respective schools and prominent citizens of area. SHO P/S Gandoh, Inspector Sajjad Haider was also present in the Quiz competition.
SDPO Gandoh exhorted upon the students/participants to focus on constructive activities and desists from social evils and anti-national/anti-social activities. People appreciated the role of District Police Doda in organizing such activities to strengthen the Police public relations and to pave a way for young generation in a right directions. Students present on the occasion were also encouraged to come prepared next time to perform better in future. |
