Mula Ram criticizes Modi for cut in budgets for SC, STs 5/25/2015 12:01:11 AM Early Times Report Rajouri, May 24: Vice President JKPCC Mula Ram former Minister, Chairman Baba Saheb BR Ambedkar 125th year Birth Anniversary Celebration Committee of Pradesh Congress Committee alongwith General Secretaries PCC Shabir Ahmed Khan. Mula Ram reviewed the ongoing membership drive of the party in the border districts and asked the people to support the secular and progressive policies of the Congress party which has always respected the aspirations and urges of people of different faiths, religions and regions and ensured unity and integrity of the state and the country by its commitment to principles of secularism and inclusive growth.
