PAF demands implementation of detachment order 5/29/2015 11:20:26 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, May 29: President Public Awareness Front (PAF) Kishtwar Shakir Saddiqui today warned the education Department and asked them to implement the standing detachment order in letter and spirit. In a press statement issued today, PAF President said that the DDOs are misguiding the higher official and are not giving them the original picture of detachment. He said that many Teachers/Masters are still attached in Higher Secondary School Boys Kishtwar, High School Sangrabata, District jail Kishtwar, DC office Kishtwar, cultural cell Kishtwar, DIET Kishtwar, and in various institutions and ZEO offices of the District, added that all this exhibits that blue eyed officials are still managing to remain in attached capacity besides Government standing order of detachment. He said that it is a matter of surprise that the newly selected teachers were adjusted against the master grade posts and also against physical education master posts which is clear violation of the set norms. He said that even after issuing orders to newly appointed teachers, they within two days with political backing manage their attachment in offices and city schools. "The CEO Kishtwar at one hand is circulating the Government detachment order and on the other side he is himself attaching the teaching staff, which clearly indicates the mess in the department" said Shakir Saddiqui added that the court stay is another mockery in the Department and under the garb of court stay many officials are enjoying years together on particular post while at the same time, the department is shielding them, the reason best known to them.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
