In continuation to
India's stand to hold
Pak- meeting with anti-national elements on improper and unsuitable time on its soil before official meeting despite ignoring its signal shown by it, was quite provocative and against the diplomatic norms. In this regard Sartaj Aziz , Pak-Advisor, Foreign Affairs expressed also by endorsing Indian view at New York in September 2014, on the side line of U N General Assembly meeting, the same Indian view by acknowledging that was not the proper time to suite for meeting, who earlier told that cancellation of proposed talk was an over-action on the part of New Delhi which was its indicative stand and he tried to degrade Indian image internationally and later on he took different stand on the same issue which created a question under which system Pak-democracy was ruled to its nation. The mind of its political leadership was not clear, full of with confusion and without any urge to restore peace and harmony, developments and improve economic structure, therefore it generated terrorism to shatter India through its hate campaign.
Therefore, in the light of its that ideology, Pak-Prime Minister Niwaz Shrief defamed India by spitting venom for evading to fulfill its promise for processes sing the so-called plebiscite in the State to decide the future of the people with the right to self determination. He further said shamelessly in U N General Assembly in September 2014, that his core issue would not be kept in abeyance. His moral support would be continued to meet their aspirations as they were one of the parties to the Kashmir so-called issue. He further whimsically blamed to India in that U N General Assembly that the plebiscite resolution had not been implemented, and the people of the State were still in wait for the fulfillment of that promise. Further he pathetically projected himself as an aggrieved party lamented that since then passing of many generations they had been leading their lives under occupation, accompanied by violence and abuse of their fundamental rights, the women folk in particular had undergone immense sufferings as well as humiliations, and he requested in same breath to resolve the so called core issue in accordance with the wishes of the people of the State. His speech based on false grounds could not have convinced, which was treated an absurd, thus he lost all credibility internationally. On the other side , Prime Minister India Narinder Modi watered down his bluff Pak-dead demand of plebiscite on the basis of bilateral issue committed by Pak-ruling leadership under Simla agreement and informed that his useless demand being a bilateral issue accepted already by it could have never been reviewed.
Pak-ruling leadership further flared up one more its new issue that State was a legal issue, therefore it was needed to be resolved legally vide aspirations of the Kashmiri
Muslimsthrough plebiscite which was rejected earlier by India with remarks as superfluous keeping in view of its established political status. It further stressed confusingly that even Simla agreement did not make U N resolutions ineffectiveness. Whatever may be the Pak-versions that were its own self-styled justification? That did not qualify for India to take that its version in to its own view and nor for international community, because of Pakistan was an aggressor country and confusingly conceived its claims and issues over the State one after other to justify its stand to grab the State by hook and crook. Some time it speaks that bilateral talks were not the substitute to the U N resolutions it pleaded for the resumption of the process for dialogue. At the same time it proposed to settle the so called dispute through bilateral talks. At another stage, it proposed for triangular talks. On other occasion it demanded for plebiscite vide U N dead resolutions. Some time it raised it voice that to resolve the issue vide aspirations of Kashmiri Muslims. There were a lot of contradictions in its whimsical stand. These all were nonsense demands and proposals. The question of aspiration does not come up in way for any demand. India was not under any obligation to keep the aspiration of the people of the communities of its country, and the same was applied for the people of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, which was acceded to India under well defined legal procedure like other States of British India, where Rulers of their States were fully competent to decide the future of their subjects vide Cabinet Mission Memorandum of 12th May1946, which stopped to arise any further question of aspirations, and cannot be placed on any agenda. There would-be no nation of India in case the aspirations of the people of all communities of the country are kept in view. The Kashmiri Muslim community is invisible minority of the Indian nation who opted to stay in India during partition of British India, enjoys equal rights in all respects as well as special status constitutionally who are supposed to live like other Muslims living more than Pakistan in other parts of India who have same blood and flesh, traditions and customs as well as religion. Whether Pakistan is ready to keep the demand of aspiration for the people of Baluchistan, Kalat, FATA, Frontier Province, Sindh, and Muhajrin who have been protesting, demonstrating peacefully, but instead of giving relief, their are blown up with cannon-fire and their return pieces of their bodies are used as delicious food for birds and animals, but that brutal suppression has never been used by India on its own people. Pakistan should peep first in its own house before pleading for the other aspirations, where it has no locus standi to interfere in the affairs of the sovereign country, to establish dreaming colonial domain for its lobby with creating the seat of Sultan. Pakis should know that there is nothing sort of any provision neither in Indian Independence Act of 1947 nor in the Memorandum of British Cabinet Mission of 1946. Therefore the issue of so called aspirations cannot be viewed in any circumstances. It is observed that there are a lot of contradictions in Pak-stand to establish its co called stand over the State as an invader. The State issue is a weapon for Pak-rulers that whenever their people start any agitation and to raise its voice for redresses their grievances , at that moment its rulers divert their attention towards Kashmir by inciting their passion in the name of religion.
The Pak-rulers avoids deliberately to look the core issue of the subject that they invaded of the State, slaughtered the innocent people, spilled river of human blood committed horrific bloodshed, in the last encroached upon the some part of Indian State territory, India did not retaliated to give reply in the same manner being its back ground of non-violence as well as considered not feasible to kill those with whom they and there forefathers had been living with them with the relation of kith and kins, therefore it submitted a representation to U N Security Council with request to ask them to stop aggression, further bloodshed and surrender territory peacefully grabbed illegally . During contesting the case, Pak committed its invasion of over the State; the U N Security Council admitted the Indian sovereignty over the State and asked to vacate the territory in favour of India. The Pakistan by knowing facts of the subject twists either this or that way and does not come to the real issue to chalk out the mode to surrender the territory in peaceful manner. It has no claim over the State in the light of the facts of the events. Pakistan is a sinking ship and gets oxygen for its lease of life from the big powers of the world for further breath temporarily on the credit of Indian sovereignty for that Pakistan is a caretaker only asked by the UN Security Council to keep status quo of the Indian State territory occupied by it illegally and under that power it has not legal right to bargain on that territory for its political interest.
