JK cadre IAS officer transferred, sent home 6/9/2015 12:00:41 AM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, June 8: On Monday, a cadre of an Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer was changed with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir and Government of Kerala. By exercising the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central govt transfers Afsana Perween, IAS (JK:14) from Jammu & Kashmir cadre to Kerala cadre on the grounds of marriage to Jafar Malik, IAS (KL:13).   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
