Early Times Report

Jammu, June 8: Launching a blistering and ferocious attack amid raising slogans against the sinister BJP-PDP coalition government on completion of its 100 days of misgovernance, Panthers Party staged protest demonstration.
While rebuking the ruling BJP-PDP combine for grossly failing on all fronts and administering a series of severe discriminatory dozes to Jammu region while indulging in 100 days of 'political debauchery', Harsh Dev Singh admonished BJP for inflicting a big dent upon Dogra's pride by cowardly surrendering before its coalition partner on all its grandiloquent pre- poll slogans and its solemn pledges made to the people of Jammu ahead of Assembly elections.
He revealed that pal of gloom descended on the youth following the AIIMS fiasco when the ruthless dispensation under the garb of new Recruitment policy ordered a capricious and unwarranted termination of reportedly 62,000 temporary workers rendering their services on paltry monthly wages ranging from Rs.2100/- to Rs. 4500/- in various Govt. departments, Public sector undertakings, Boards and other autonomous bodies which include daily wagers, casual workers, Anganwari workers, need based and contingent besides consolidated and contractual employees by issuing a draconian Govt. Order No. 384-GAD of 2015 dated 17.03.15.
Balwant Singh Mankotia lashing out severely on the servile stand of BJP before the PDP for the lust of power during the 100 days of mal-administration regretted that the Saffron Party has resorted to rabble rousing on the issue of Article 370 to divert the attention of people from the vexed issues.
YashpalKundal lambasted BJP for ignoring other Jammu related core issues regarding Delimitation of Assembly Constituencies, issuance of Dogra certificate to the youth of Jammu, grant of State Subject rights to West Pak Refuges, Abolition of custodian Deptt. and conferment of ownership rights to its occupants, Right to vote in Assembly Elections and local bodies to WPRs, Reservation of 5 seats for PoJK migrants and 3 seats for Kashmir migrants, 33 percent reservation for women in Assembly, State Subject rights to children of daughters of J&K married outside, Provision of 6% vertical reservation to ex-serviceman and martyr's families and construction of artificial lake in Jammu.
