DAK welcomes Dr Samir Matoo 6/9/2015 12:15:30 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, June 8: Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) led by Dr G M Mir today welcomed Dr Samir Matoo on assuming the charge of Director Health Services, Kashmir. Dr Matoo has done MS (Ophthalmology) and joined Jammu and Kashmir Health Services way back in 1989.He has served on many key positions in the health department. DAK anticipates and is optimistic that the newly appointed Director will take health sector to newer heights from the benchmark already set and are hopeful that by his expertise and medical acumen he will be a boon in upgrading health sector and resolving various grave issues of the medical community.
