| IGP Jammu Zone reviewed police arrangements with regards to Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 21: IGP Jammu Zone Danesh Rana today held a meeting with all stake holder at PCR Conference Hall, Jammu in order to review the security arrangements in view of the ensuing Shri Amar Nath Ji Yatra.
According to press release, during meeting a detailed briefing was given by the Range DIGs and concerned District SSPs regarding preparation and planned security arrangement in view of the forth coming Amar Nath Ji Yatra.
After threadbare discussion, IGP Jammu Zone Danesh Rana-IPS stressed upon all the officers to activate all their resources available with them to generate intelligence relating inputs directly bearing to Yatra and disseminate the same to all concerned agencies/district SSP for appropriate action to foil the nefarious design of ANEs and their mentor across the border. He further advised all the agencies including Army, CRPF, BSF, Police and other intelligence agencies to maintain highest level of alertness in view of the inputs received from different agencies regarding planning of militants to disrupt the Yatra.
IGP Jammu Zone also directed to all participants keep close watch over the anti social elements which are bent upon to disrupt the atmosphere and create law and order problems for the administration for their vested interest. |
