SSP Doda grants In-situ promotion to 24 constables 7/10/2015 10:50:06 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, July 10: As a part of its promotion policy to encourage worksmanship in cadre, Z N Manhas KPS, Sr Superintendent of Police (SSP) Doda, chaired a meeting of DPC members of District Police Doda, wherein eligible constables were granted In-situ promotions. According to spokesperson, the meeting chaired by SSP Doda Z N Manhas granted the 24 eligible constables in the next pay scale of Rs. 5200- 20200+2400 G.Pay in pursuance to SRO-14 of 1996 dtd 15/01/1996 read with SRO-225 dated 04/07/1997 titled J&K Civil Service (Higher Standard Pay Scheme) Rule 1996. The constables who were given In-situ benefit included Const Nazir Ahmed 336/D; Const Noor Hussain 353/D; Const Bir Singh 415/D; Const. Mohan Singh 428/D; Const Skinder Saini 431/D; Const Ashiq Hussain 441/D; Const.Fareed Ahmed 980/D; Const Ram Murti 452/D; Const. Kuldeep Singh 491/D; Const.
