ISEOA holds meeting, seeks early submission of APRs to DSEJ 7/10/2015 10:51:02 PM Early Times Report Kathua, July 10: Incharge School Education Officers Association (SEOA), Jammu Province held a meeting here today to discuss the issues of regularization of all cadres here today. The meeting which was convened under the chairmanship of provincial president School Education Employees Co-Ordination Committee (SEECC) Amar Nath Thakur held threadbare discussions on the issues of regularization of all cadres including Joint Director, Chief Education Officers (CEOs), Principals, Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs), headmasters and lecturers. The speakers in the meeting expressed their resentment against the authorities for non-submission of required information to Directorate of School Education (DSE), Jammu. They said that authorities are showing non-seriousness in submitting the requisite data and APRs to DSE, Jammu onward submission to administrative department. The same information and APRs were required to reach in the Civil Secretariat before May 15 last but till date even CEOs have not submitted the same to the DSE, Jammu. Amar Nath Thakur informed the participants that only CEO Ramban has submitted the required data and APRs and CEO Kathua has completed the process and will submit the same to DSE, Jammu as early as possible. Thakur requested other CEOs to submit the same without further delay adding that the matter has already been discussed and memorandum was submitted to DSE, Jammu on July 1 last with the assurance that reminder will be issued to all CEOs in this regard. A delegation of the Coordination Committee shall meet Director School Education, Jammu on July 15.
