JAMMU, July 10: J&K Sports Power Lifting Association, on the basis of State(M&W)Powerlifting Championship organized on 5th and 6th july, selected State Powerlifting Men and Women team for participation in the Senior-National (M&W) Powerlifting Championship-2015 to be held at Kashipur (Uttrakhand).
The team was selected by the association on merit basis in the presence of Rakesh Jain (President),Narinder Singh (Secretary), Jeevan batta(member) along with Ashkoor Ahmed Wani (I.P.S) Deputy Inspector General of Police, Jammu Range, and S.H.O Gandhi Nagar Bishnash. In Women team the selected players included, Surmeet Kour Soni, Fatima Bibi, Sudesh Kumari, Harmeet Kour, Irvinder Kour while in men category selected players were, Rakesh Kumar, Feroz Khan, Pawan Kumar, Bhaskar Sharma, Sandeep Kumar, Vijay choudhary, Pankaj Verma, Rohit Singh Jamwal , Vikramjeet Singh, Rohit Sharma, Harish Sharma, Deeshant Khajuria and Dinesh Singh.
Rajan Jain (General Secretary) will accompany the team with his officials. |
