Youth held for sodomizing minor 7/11/2015 12:39:41 AM Early Times Report Jammu, July 10: A 22 year-old youth has been arrested by Kanachack police for allegedly having unnatural sex with nine years-old boy. Police said that family members of the victim were out of house on Sunday when their neighbor identified as Geshu lured the minor to his home on the pretext of some eatables. The family member alleged that later the accused Geshu had unnatural sex with the minor. The complainant alleged that the accused had also threatened the minor of of dire consequences if he reveals the incident to anybody. Police said that an eyewitness noticed the activity and informed the family of the victim when they returned. After friendly probing by family members, the victim narrated the whole matter and then the family members lodged a complaint with Kanachak police. Meanwhile taking cognizance the police have arrested the accused and a case under FIR no. 88/15 u/s 377 RPC stands registered against him while victim was shifted to GMC&H for medical examination.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
