PIL regarding ban on sale of khuds HC grants last opportunity to Revenue Secretary to file response 7/25/2015 11:45:39 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 25: In a PIL regarding inaction on the part of the state in implementing the J&K Water Resources (Regulation and Management) Act, 2010 in which an earlier division bench had stayed the sale and construction in the areas of water body and sale of land concerning the bed of the river and the land recorded in the revenue records as khud, a high court division bench today granted four weeks time to file response.
