Youth hangs self from ceiling fan 7/26/2015 12:03:44 AM Early Times Report udhampur, July 25: A youth was found hanging with ceiling fan hook in a rental accommodation near Pandav Mandir Udhampur city. Police have registered a case in this regard. Police sources said, a laborer Rakesh Kumar (22) s/o Kham Raj of Chenani, presently residing in a rental accommodation near Pandav Mandir Udhampur was today found hanging from the hook of ceiling fan under mysterious circumstances. "The family member on seeing him hanging immediately informed the Police, sources said and added that Police rushed to spot and took the custody of body besides collecting some circumstantial evidences from the crime spot.
