Kathua, Aug 2 : School Education Employees Co-ordination Committee (SEECC) today criticized transfer order of 30-07-2013 in which 33 adjustment of lectures out of 172 is totally unjustified and not in favour of the students. According to press release, provisional president of SEECC, Amar Nath Thakur said that these 33 Lecturers belonging to arts subjects have been adjusted mostly against the vacant posts of science subjects at the cost of student studies which is an unhealthy, unjustified and unacceptable step. He demanded cancellation of all these 33 adjustment orders of Lecturers and sought their adjustments against the available vacancies in need based Hr. Sec. Schools in the province. He further alleged that some Lecturers and masters have been given choice postings with in towns and zero kilometer adjustments have also been done under political pressure by Director School Education Jammu. "Most of the Lecturers/ masters serving in far flung areas for the last 7 to 10 years have not be transferred inspite of the fact that they have applied for the transfers" , he added. He also criticized some organization leaders to care only their close associates and victimizing other lecturers and masters in general. Thakur requested Director School Education to adjust repatriated and surplus masters of district Kathua and other districts. |
